Business Description

I work with people who have developed chronic pain and anxiety, especially when they are not responding to physical and psychological therapies and there is a good possibility that the pain and anxiety are being generated by the subconscious brain and nervous system rather than primarily by structural damage or a current difficult situation. I help them retrain their subconscious brains so they can have calmer and more comfortable reactions to physical and psychological situations.

I use clinical hypnosis, mindfulness and techniques from Pain Reprocessing Therapy.

I work from home, in person, but can also arrange to hold therapy sessions via Zoom.
