Solution focused hypnotherapy is a forward- looking, talking therapy which mixes psychotherapy and hypnosis to help you make progress towards your goals. This is a very effective and powerful combination and means that most people need a lot fewer sessions than traditional psychotherapy.

This is not analysis. We spend your precious time looking at the future and how you want things to be and not how you don't want them to be. We then work together to help you find ways to get to where you want to be. We don't need to rake up the past and you won't need to discuss any unpleasant experiences you may have had. This is a positive process that concentrates on building the future you want.

I put you at the heart of the therapeutic process. I am non-judgemental, caring and compassionate. I  work with you to find solutions that are right for you, helping you to make the changes you want to make.

​I work with clients from all walks for life on reducing anxiety, stress and self-limiting beliefs. I am a specialist working with Insomnia, Gut Directed Hypnotherapy for IBS, depression, fears and phobias, problem solving, PTSD, sleep issues, work-related stress, performance at work, exam stress and building confidence as well as other issues related to well-being and happiness.

I also give well being workshops in workplaces on how to manage stress, sleep better and increase performance.
