CS Heating’s use of technology to track jobs and engineer progress, contributes to their overall success in punctuality and keeping customers informed if a delay is likely. However one job undertaken for me coincided with a day of I.T. issues and the engineers were effectively working ‘blind’. What struck me was how professional they remained and how well they adapted, completing the work without fuss; a reflection on the quality of engineer employed and the level of training given.

Phil is an excellent gardener and a thoroughly decent chap. His expertise and hard work were demonstrated recently as he tackled two half-day gardening jobs for me, on a hot Bank Holiday. The tasks were varied, with one in a house garden and the other some communal grounds at a small block of flats. All the work was completed as agreed and the waste removed.

Phil is so knowledgable, with a clear love of horticulture. Pruning is done with care and attention for each individual plant. He is a pleasure to be around and his infectious enthusiasm for his profession shines through. I will definitely be asking Phil to help me again in the future.
